It is well known that Madanji was also admired by his mentors and the seniors whom he always respected, among whom was our veteran composer, Naushad.

It is also much mentioned on various platforms that Naushad Saab was impressed by Madanji’s ghazals in ANPADH and was very vocal in his praise for them especially ‘Hai Isi Mein Pyar Ki Aabroo’.
